IQ Community Pool
Pool opens Friday of Mother's Day weekend thru Monday after Seafood Festival in October
- Pool is for residents and guests
- Pool is open from 9:00 AM until Dusk
- No lifeguard; lifesaving ring and safety hook are available
- No diving in pool
- Individuals under 14 require adult supervision
- Pets are not allowed in the pool or pool area
- No alcohol or glass containers allowed at the pool
- Gate remains closed/residents are given 2 keys to gate
Architectural Request
Homeowners are required to submit an Architectural Request for changes to the outside of the home (e.g., paint, additions, new construction, window/door changes, awnings, shutters)
New Construction
House plan and survey with setbacks are required attachments for Architectural Request under IQ Board review. Storm water requirements are reviewed/approved by Atlantic Beach Planning in accordance with current NC requirements.
Additions that change your footprint

Changing house paint, railings, significant landscape
Anything that changes the outside appearance of your home requires an Architectural Request. Changes in paint color require written consent from your immediate neighbors.
